Dear Comrades,
It is hereby intimated to all the Divisional Secretaries of Odisha Circle that I have been nominated by the Circle President to act as Circle Secretary and the Chief Postmaster General vide Letter no.WL/21-13/2010 dated 29.6.12 has extended trade union facilities to my union and I have been extended with the facilities of Circle Secretary, AIPEDEU, ODISHA CIRCLE officially. Very short we will organise for holding of Circle Working Committee Meeting and the date and venue will be communicated to all concerned by Post/email and through this Blog also.
This is my first letter to all.
I promise to all the GDS comrades of our Circle that I will behold the dignity of trade union movements and I will work delicately for the welfare of our GDS employees. For this I request all my Divisional Secretaries and Presidents to cooperate with me and communicated me regarding the important matters and events occurring in your Division as well as problems faced by your division employees. Our GDS employees are facing worst problems in the Department of Posts and we need to take effective steps to remove all the hurdles coming in our way unitedly and with a proper mechanism and procedure.
Com. S S Mahadevaiah, General Secretary, CHQ, New Delhi has personally requested me to manage Odisha Circle in a smooth way and try to solve the problems of our GDS employees.
