          Headquarters leaving permission may be granted to the Circle Office bearers, CWC members & Divisional Secretaries of the All India Gramin Dak Sevaks Union (AIGSDU) to enable them to attend the Circle Working Committee meeting of their Union to be held at Balangir on 09.2.2014 to 10.2.2014 observing usual formalities on receipt of individual application. Leave as due and admissible to GDS staff for the above purpose may be considered on individual application.
